We offer free standard shipping for all domestic orders with no minimum, and free standard shipping for all international orders over $150 before tax. The cost of expedited shipping is calculated at checkout.
Our shipping carriers are UPS and Fedex. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email notification with a link to your tracking. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Expedited shipping time does not include time for the order to process. If you notice delays or issues while tracking your package, please contact the carrier. We will not be available to provide information on packages once they have been shipped. We won’t be able to redirect orders once shipments are en route. If shipping addresses need to be changed, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
If there are customs duties, value added tax, or import tariffs for international shipments, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay upon delivery. Every country has different procedures and fees for incoming packages and Annika Inez is not able to estimate these charges. Please keep in mind that customs processing may delay packages.
