Returns
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their jewelry. Unworn merchandise in its original condition may be returned for a full refund, minus shipping and handling, within 14 days of receipt. All items purchased during promotional sales or with a discount code greater than 15% are final sale and non-refundable.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at hello@annikainez.com to receive a return authorization (RA) number. The RA number must be marked on the outside of the return package. Return packages without an RA number will not be accepted.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and Annika Inez is not responsible for return shipping. Return shipping must be pre-paid via an insured delivery provider (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 8-10 business days for it to be processed. The customer will be refunded to the original form of payment and should see the new balance on their next statement. A confirmation email will be sent upon completion of return.

If you have received an incorrect item or if the item was damaged upon arrival, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. We will issue a return shipping label and send a replacement back to you as soon as we receive the incorrect or damaged item(s). Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Exchanges
We do not offer merchandise exchanges. If you like an item in place of another, please return the original item by following the above guidelines, and place a new order for the new item.

Repairs
If jewelry has been damaged over time, we are able to offer repairs services. Please email hello@annikainez.com with images of the damage and we will issue a return authorization (RA) number. We will assess your case and note repair fees, if any.

Please note that the RA number must be marked on the outside of the package. Packages sent without emailing beforehand and/or without RA numbers will not be accepted.
